Sales Remote / Global
Senior Business Development Manager — Merchants
Identify and onboard high-risk and medium-risk merchants across Africa, Asia Pacific, and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage high-risk merchants requiring acquiring connections
  • Build a pipeline across gaming, crypto, forex, and nutraceutical verticals
  • Attend industry events — Sigma, ICE, Money 20/20
  • Manage the full sales cycle from contact through to onboarding
Requirements
  • 5+ years in payments sales, preferably high-risk or specialist verticals
  • Existing network in gaming, crypto, forex, or nutraceutical sectors
  • Strong understanding of MDR, chargeback management, and acquirer relationships
  • Experience working across Africa, Asia, or Eastern Europe preferred
Card Issuers Remote / Global
Card Issuer Programme Manager
Manage end-to-end card programme launches for fintech and neobank clients across Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end card programme launch process for issuer clients
  • Coordinate between clients, BIN sponsors, issuer processors, and card schemes
  • Manage KYC documentation, scheme registration, and technical integration timelines
  • Support ongoing account management post-launch
Requirements
  • 3+ years in card programme management, issuer processing, or scheme operations
  • Understanding of Visa/Mastercard scheme rules, BIN management, and issuer infrastructure
  • Project management experience — ability to manage multiple concurrent launches
  • Africa or Asia market experience a strong advantage
Compliance Remote / Global
AML Compliance Officer
Lead AML/KYC compliance across all client onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities globally.
Responsibilities
  • Own KYC and AML processes for all new merchant and issuer onboarding
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients and PEPs
  • Manage sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring programmes
  • Prepare and file SARs as required; liaise with banking partners on compliance matters
Requirements
  • ICA CAMS qualification or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years AML/compliance experience in payments, banking, or fintech
  • Knowledge of FATF recommendations and international sanctions regimes
  • Experience with high-risk business onboarding a strong advantage
